Plan for Ecumenism in our diocese

Our diocesan pastoral plan, Uniting in Heart, calls us to create opportunities in the diocese to engage ecumenically, promoting the unity of Church desired by Christ, in the Holy Spirit, for the salvation and strengthening of souls, and the common good.

"The community respects, protects and warmly receives all people of faith, appreciating their differences, their cultures and their dignity as children of God." (Uniting in Heart, 9)

What You Can Do to Promote Christian Unity? Pray for it!

Christ always gives His Church the gift of unity, but the Church must always pray and work to maintain, reinforce, and perfect the unity that Christ wills for her.
